(April 7, 2021, 2:25 pm)Was a little late for my appointment to pick up a uhaul for to traffic and didn't call ahead to warn them, I just didn't appreciate a long lecture about what I should have done and why. I get it,and the issue really didn't hurt either party on this situation so it just took up time after driving over 4 hours to get there.
Other than that however, I really have no complaints, though much of the equipment went down (computer /printer) everything was ready and set up for us and the staff was friendly otherwise. -

(August 9, 2019, 9:22 pm)I'll never use another uhaul or storage facility other than Mount Airy Self Storage! I rented a storage unit and a uhaul this week from them .
Adam was extremely kind and considerate his mother was an absolute sweetheart and I can't say one bad thing about their business as a whole! If you're moving and need a uhaul or need a storage unit you need to stop by here ..you won't be disappointed! -
