We recently had some roof damage due to a storm with high winds. I was dreading the process of having to deal with a contractor after multiple dealings with new build construction over the years. I decided to give the first call over to Alpha Omega since they originally installed the roof. I could not have been any more pleased and even impressed with my overall experience with Alpha Omega. This was in large part to the experience shared by Rob Molina. He was my main point of contact. He showed up promptly to our property on time and showed a concern for giving us a good service as timely as possible to protect us from inclimate weather in the near future. He was extremely professional and thorough with his inspection and documentation of the damage we had. He did not try to upsell anything or present anything in a pushy manner. He was always in contact with me, providing regular updates and suggestions/options that may have been most beneficial to us from a quality standpoint, as well as, an economical benefit to us. Again, I have NEVER had communication with a contractor within the same hemisphere as what Rob provided. That is very important to me. I would highly recommend the services of Alpha Omega Construction to anyone in need of their expertise. I would emphasize once again that Rob Molina couldn't get a higher remark from myself. I could not have asked for anything better...except a new roof for free! Ha.

Having recently experienced wind damage for my roof (missing shingles and a leak), I asked for a recommendation for a roofer from a general contractor friend of the family. I was given the contact information for Elliott Ortiz with Alpha Omega Construction Group. Elliott established contact quickly and was able to inspect my roof and concurred that a replacement would be prudent (he also gave the option for spot repairs). Elliott walked me through my options for replacement or repair and explained the pros and cons of each option without pressure on my decision making.

I ultimately decided to go with the roof replacement and once the materials were selected, I had an install date for one week later. The actual install was performed with an extremely capable crew and took two days to complete. The Alpha Omega crew also took precautions to protect the areas, shrubs and gardens near my house and did an excellent job with cleanup of all materials and nails. Elliott and the job supervisor both stopped by (separately) to inspect the installation and had already identified all minor issues I had with the initial installation and even pointed out few extra issues that I missed. Everything was taken care of within days of the initial installation. Final payment and job closeout with Elliott only occurred after I was satisfied with the final installation walkdown.

I cannot recommend a roofing company more than Alpha Omega Construction Group. Elliott Ortiz was fantastic to work with and his priority was to always ensure I was happy before moving on to the next step. The new roof is fantastic to look at and the leak is gone after a few rain storms.

Rob came out for a consultation today and I have to say, I was extremely impressed by his attitude and how prompt he was. Alpha Omega replied to my online request very quickly, and worked around my schedule, which was very nice to begin with. When he got here, I immediately felt at ease with him because of how friendly he was. Rob was thorough, and considerate of my home and time. I ended up not having a roof problem (it's HVAC...Thanks Rob!!), but if I ever do, I am definitely going to be using Alpha Omega Construction.

We highly recommend Alpha Omega for Roof Installation. All of our needs were met from start to finish and our roof looks amazing. Our Sales Representative was very helpful and professional and kept the process moving forward. The Installer’s were prompt, courteous and very hard workers. They all represent Alpha Omega very well. We were very impressed with the whole process and are very happy with our new roof.
