  I came in today and was helped by an associate with white hair, piercings and tattoos. I do not recall his name but this is not my first encounter with him. He made me feel like an idiot for not knowing the name of my boyfriends vape... I had gone in to purchase us both new bottles of juice and a few coils. I explained that I couldn’t remember the name of his vape but once I saw it, I knew what it was and was able to point out what I wanted. I then went on to ask for different juices. The last time I was in, I had wanted to purchase the vape honeydew juice but the employee I was working with told me it was out of stock. When I asked about it today and mentioned that I was told it was out of stock before, I received a snide remark that it has never been out of stock, once again making me feel like an idiot. The third issue with this encounter was when I wanted to purchase the mango burst juice, which you were out of stock of, so I asked if there was anything comparable. The only response I received was “no”. So I went on to ask what other burst flavors were available. He listed the flavors off, did not offer to let me sample anything as some of the employees have. I asked for clarification on two different flavors. One was the creamsicle. In response to me asking if it was very orange, he said “it tastes like a creamscicle” ... and when I asked if the berry flavor was like mixed berry or grape, he rolled his eyes and said “it tastes like berries” ... this is not my first experience with this associate and his very rude customer service and I have gone elsewhere before but I come back because of the proximity and because every other associate I have encountered has been kind and provided great customer service. Days like today make me not want to come back to your business. I am still giving 4 stars because I feel like your company deserves some credit for the associates that actually care about your customers vs this employee who makes people feel minimized and stupid.

  I went in not knowing anything. Rob helped me though...he was patient , pleasant and perfect!!! Wonderful experience! He sure knows what he's talking about . Will be visiting there again!!!! ????

  By far the best vape stores around! The staff is awesome! They always go above and beyond for their customers. We won't go any where else!
