  It’s hard to fully describe the positive impact this type of bodywork can be in your life! I’ve been going to Cheryl for a few sessions now and the relief of areas I’ve never trusted others to work on enough (knee pain for years, etc.) and overall body awareness has been more than I could’ve asked for in about a month. Very thankful!

  Cheryl worked with me in a mentoring capacity to help further my education in ScarWork. As a teacher Cheryl has a way of finding how to give you a precise explanation, but also letting you sink into things with your hands and just feel. Cheryl used many different props, aids, and textures that kept my ADHD brain focused and excited to learn for every second of our time. She was able to give me the more clinical explanations I was needing, while also introducing an element of play into the education. Thank you Cheryl for adding such value to ScarWork for me, and for the community.

  What a great experience, really got me through a tough time after a botched hip surgery. Both my back and hip were in excruciating pain. Was able to stay off narcotic pain meds, while her therapy helped me heal. What a blessing Cheryl was for me!

  Cheryl has been so helpful and accommodating to me. I’m a performer (singer/actor/dancer), and after having gone through a very stressful year of my life, Cheryl’s been working with me to get my body back in better performance-ready condition. She’s been helping to release tension, stress, and pain from my head, neck, jaw, mouth, shoulders, back, etc. (all the areas where I hold the most stress). As a singer, it’s so important to be tension free and physically open, especially around my throat, neck, jaw, and mouth. I always leave her sessions feeling more at ease and with better vocal resonance. I highly recommend her for not only performers but anyone with pain or tension.

  I was referred to Cheryl from another practitioner who spoke very highly of her. Cheryl has been practicing for 30 years and is not just a massage therapist. She is a highly trained specialist in a variety of body techniques that provide healing. I had seen a great massage therapist years ago but she didn’t have the training that Cheryl does. I have chronic health issues that stem from an accident years ago where I fractured my back. Not only are my sessions very effective at relieving pain, Cheryl discusses how the body should move properly to function without pain. I really enjoy how she educates me about the body as a whole.
  
  Cheryl is an extremely experienced therapist, one I would recommend to anyone who has minor pain or chronic pain like I do. Whether it’s a simple trouble spot or an all over body issue, she will assess the situation and apply the proper techniques to help you get relief. You have to experience a session with her to understand how good you will feel. She has helped me so much and will continue to do so in the future.
