Ok so I am updating my review giving urology specialist two more stars because of my latest interaction. I still can't say they are 100% the best however, they do care and show that they care. Everyone in the office cares, they go out of their way to listen and get to know, are understanding, have empathy for and sympathize with their patients. There communication could still use a lot of work but there are other factors beyond their control that are in effect here. Overall, I'd go back but I pray I never have to.
Check with Insurance to see what will be covered. Charged for a test that was not needed. I think Dr. Kang is a good doctor!!! When I received a bill for some of the tests that he ran, I found one of them not necessary and cost me in my situation a descent amount.
Warning: Whoever you receive treatment through ask what tests are being done. If you got them before, then might not need them. Some can be taken at a local health clinic to save some money. I was at fault as well for not asking what tests were being run and will going forward. Healthcare is a tough issue. Contact Insurance to confirm what will be covered to spare you some heartache. The staff is friendly as well!!!
