  I LOVE LOVE LOVE Charlotte Auto Group. I didn't know what to expect when I walked in the family dealership, but I must say I was BLOWN AWAY. Duke, Michelle and Cody were awesome to work with. They made the experience easy. I've been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for about 6 months and I'm so GLAD I waited and took a chance on Charlotte Auto Group. I love my Jeep and couldn't be happier with my purchase. You truly feel like family when you leave. Duke washed my Jeep and even dropped it off at my house to make it easier on me. Michelle is beautiful inside and out and makes you feel so comfortable answering any questions you might have. Cody followed up with me to check on my "new" purchase and to make sure everything was going great. Also, you get a Car Fax which I love to see, it made me feel like everything about my Jeep was visible for me to see. If you are looking for a clean, dependable and family oriented dealership you can't go wrong with Charlotte Auto Group. I usually don't write reviews but I can't brag enough about this wonderful family dealership. Trust me and you will feel the same!!!!!

  We purchased a used cargo van from The Charlotte Auto Group. After the purchase I was driving the vehicle to our company and the transmission began jerking and making a noise. I called Charlotte Auto Group and told them what had happened and they immediately stood behind their sale. They took the van and offered us a loaner van while ours was being repaired at no further cost to us. It was amazing that even though I had just signed a paper that said sold as is they were willing to make everything right. Our company van is now running GREAT! I will definitely look to Charlotte Auto Group when we need to expand our fleet in the future.

  My wife and I bought a vehicle from Charlotte Auto Group, and it was a great experience. They don't haggle on vehicle prices, but that's because they already price them competitively and want everyone to get a great deal whether they are master negotiators or not. Thought that was a nice way of putting it and a good way to do business to get repeat customers. Michelle and Cody were very helpful throughout the process, and they were patient in answering our questions. Highly recommended as many have said before us... Thanks guys!

  This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Cody was able to find financing that met my needs. Michelle was super friendly & helpful. The entire process from test driving to the purchase was smooth and hassle free. I am very thankful we were able to purchase a car & find a dealer that cared about the people. We will be back for our next purchase. Thanks again guys!!
