The gentleman at the counter was so nice and friendly, the pricing is very fair, the turn around time was great and the did an AMAZING job on our shoes. We brought them five different pairs of all different materials. The boots were in really bad shape after a long NC winter and now they look like new again! Don't be fooled but the rough exterior... this place is great!!
