Absolutely excellent surgeon and human being. I recently had abdominal surgery with Dr Noel. He was very clear about what I could expect both in terms of surgery as well as recovery. Robert Noel is the best surgeon in Vance County. He has preformed 2 surgeries on me in one year. Both the sights you wouldn't be able to tell I was cut if I didn't tell you.
