I’ve only been here a week and let me just say, Phenomenal. Everyone here is so kind and just amazing. The business itself is just amazing. Everything here is amazing. I love this place. I plan on growing with the company one day, this place is most definitely worth it!!! Thank you for allowing me to join this phenomenal atmosphere!!!

So I’ve been with this company for almost five months now and it has been a pretty good experience so far. The people/co workers are easy to get along with and management is there to help with whatever you need. The production manager is really knowledgeable about what goes on there. It’s not a hard job at all and they will let you get overtime just as long as you show them you’re a hard worker. HR per Karen is there when you need her and she’s easy to talk to. The Owner and VP are easy to get along with and they’re there everyday probably working harder then anyone else there. They speak to everyone and treat all with the up most respect. Everyday is not easy and everyone isn’t always fair but that’s pretty much at any job. I like it here and I plan to stick around for awhile. Will update in a year..

Versatrim is an awesome place to work! I have been with Versatrim going on 3 years. The Manager I work for is very caring & family oriented. She constantly checks with each of us to make sure everything is going ok and that we are doing well. You can take any issue to her and she always makes sure she helps you resolve it. Thilo is the most down to earth, family oriented, caring, and friendly CEO I have ever worked for. He always strives to make time to hear some opinions or concerns you may have. If you go to him and say do you have a minute, his famous saying is “I will make a minute.” The VP/COO is very friendly and understanding. He is very busy, but strives to make time to help you with any aspect of the company and is very informative. All upper management is very understanding, caring, and always there to help. Versatrim is a company that I can see myself retiring from. It is an awesome place to work. Everyone gets along and we all work as a team here.

Versatrim is the bomb!!! I was in a crunch to have some moldings made and they came through for the company I work for and the customer I was working with. They are by far the best company to work with. The sales staff are top notch. I highly will use them and recommend them to any manufacturer.
