I highly recommend Be young physical therapy. I came in with an extremely stubborn rotator cuff/bicep tendinitis for which I was already taking physical therapy at some other office. I just wanted to try be young since I heard great reviews about them.

But within the first few visits, I got strength in my arm and was able to do so much more with my hands. I was attended by Dough who is just amazing at what he does. He was extremely extremely patient with my stubborn pain. He knew exactly how to add in the exercises and the weights gradually which eventually paid off.

The best part is he documents the whole visit on his laptop and always refer to his notes before or during my visit. I went to Dough without any hopes that my hand will ever feel normal again but I started seeing results so quickly that I left my old Physiotherapist whom I was seeing for the last 4 months.

Even the staff there-Megan, Samantha are very warm and friendly.

I highly highly recommended this place. You will never be disappointed.

BYoung was fantastic. I initially came in because whenever I would run my right shoulder near my neck would become very sore. I thought I had pulled/torn something in that area about 6 years ago and thought I may need to get surgery to fix the problem.

Brandon initially diagnosed me and told me on my first visit I was going to be just fine and with stretching they could get me 80% of the way there, if not more. I was so relieved and after just a few days of doing the stretches they prescribed to me my shoulder was feeling 100% better! As long as I did the stretches they asked me to do, the problem subsided. When I forgot to do the stretches, I typically had a day or two before the pain would come back if I ran both days.

After 3 visits, Jacob, who was my personal physical therapist at BYoung (after being diagnosed by Brandon), told me as long as I continue to do the stretches they asked me to do, I should be just fine and no more appointment with them were necessary. I am very thankful!

I thought Brandon, Jacob and the entire BYoung staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I will certainly come back if I injure myself again. I would definitely recommend BYoung Physical Therapy!

I want to thank Matt Lisk at B Young Physical Therapy for helping me recover from months of dizziness from an episode of Vertigo. I was very discouraged with my recovery when I first met Matt. He is a great listener and knew exactly where to start with therapy to improve my condition. Within a few weeks I was seeing improvement. I now have no symptoms and I am feeling great. Thank you Matt!

Brandon, Chris, and the whole staff at BYoung have been awesome to work with. The technology and expertise they provide is phenomenal. We started going to him for arm care and to increase Jaden's velocity on the mound. He has hit is magic number at 90mph within 4 months, with the help of BYoung, and is looking forward to adding more! Great place and great people.
