Pet Paradise Cary

Boarded my dog for an initial stay over Christmas, but had to move the reservation super last minute due to weather. The staff were incredibly helpful and made the whole process super easy on genuinely everything. (I was expecting I'd have to cancel it, but I got super lucky that they had extra availability a little further out!)

Never worried about my dog while he was there, cause I was always able to pop in and check the camera every now and again. Saw him a couple of times playing and being loved on during individual play times ♥️. Extra peace of mind knowing they have a vet on site as well if he ever needed it. now that I'm home and less flustered from the holiday chaos, I learned they even have an app that could have made things EVEN easier. I can even check the cameras on it too!

I've almost always boarded with my vet before, but will definitely be boarding here from now on, thanks to all the staff that made the stay and reservation so easy!

My dogs and I love how kind the staff is here. I watch the camera feed throughout the day. The employees are attentive, immediately address behavior issues with skill and kindness, and messes are quickly cleared away. My dogs are there for the people, they don't play much with the other dogs. I love that there is a separate group for the more energetic dogs, and I consistently see my furbabies receive attention and affection from the humans. They are always excited to go to "school" even though they largely ignore the other dogs. I didn't leave 5 stars only because check in/out can take a while, I sometimes don't get their food bowls or other items back unless I ask, and I haven't gotten a report card since their first free day. It didn't mention some of my dog's behavior issues I saw on camera. If I hadn't been watching, I wouldn't have known one of them had some challenges. Also, it would be great if the dogs could get some outside time and if there were cameras in the kennel so I could watch them when it's not play time. I do highly recommend this business. I trust them with my pups. I have boarded them here and they frequently attend the day camp. I also love that they can get groomed and receive vet services all in one place, though we haven't tried those out yet.

Pet Paradise has been great to work with. With busy work schedules, we decided to look into a day camp option for our aussiedoodle. We’ve been sending Daisy to Pet Paradise for the past three months and have been really pleased with our experience. The staff always says Good Morning to Daisy and makes us feel welcomed and cared for. I know she’s in good hands because she’s so excited to go each morning. Along with their day camp we’ve also utilized their vet services and grooming department. All have been great!

We brought Milo to the Cary Pet Paradise for his introductory free day. We've booked him to stay there overnight when we go out of town in a few weeks, and we wanted to be sure this was a good placement. We were given a tour and saw a variety of boarding options, then we watched the dogs playing. They all seemed to be happy and full of energy. During the rest of the day, we checked in online and were able to watch Milo playing and interacting with the other dogs. We feel comfortable that he'll have a great time there when we're away.
