Danielle Thompson was the perfect blend of professionalism, market knowledge, responsiveness and hustle that we could have hoped for in a realtor. We met her once in person and proceeded with FaceTime tours since we lived our of state. She took the time to get to know us and really understand our home and community needs which allowed us to trust her to tour homes when we could not be there in person. She really cares and does all that she can to ensure her clients get the home of their dreams!

Brooke is an amazing realtor. Her responsiveness with communication and questions is unequaled when compared to other realtors and even professionals in my engineering career. She provided honest answers to all of our queries. My wife and I were new to the area and she became a guide for the region we should be looking in when considering our important criteria. Where she really stepped up for us was after we had found our house, turned in the hand money and then the problems arose!.... She successfully managed and expedited the 30+ repair items that were negotiated for the seller to complete after a 40+ item inspection report. She successfully negotiated a lower selling price after the bank appraisal came back under the original price. At this time of this writing she is still managing post sale house repairs that the sellers have already paid for. The sellers and agent at most times were unresponsive and avoiding questions but Brooke was persistent and my wife and I trusted her fully to handle everything for us. She is the 4th and best realtor by far that we have worked with.

I am fully confident Brooke is an amazing choice for anyone. I was very pleased to finally be writing this review. We will be using her again.

AnnMarie was absolutely amazing during our move to NC. She was very patient and understanding. Once we finally found a home to build, we had to do much of it from NY and through the phone. AnnMarie went above and beyond to make sure everything was going perfectly! She would stop by our home to make sure everything was on time, spoke to the obnoxious builder representative for us, and took many photos, videos and FaceTimed us whenever she could throughout the process. If we ever were to move again, I would definitely use AnnMarie.
