Took in my 2015 Q5 for 55k mile service.. it’s was a really smooth process. Edie helped with everything she is really awesome and customer focused..

After they inspect your car, they send in a video with all the issues.. Really cool feature, I was able to see all the issues with my car.

I dropped off my car and Edie got me a Lyft ride home and when the car was ready for pick up she scheduled a Lyft ride to the dealership easy peasy..

They are in the process of renovating the dealership..

Audi’s are expensive to maintain no doubts.. this dealership truly deserves a 5 star..

Before going to Audi Cary, I contacted another dealership to inquire about their inventory. They never got back to me [shrug]... So I drove to the Audi Cary location. I walked in; and, literally within three minutes, I was explaining to Walt what I sought. I left that day with my next dream car reserved, and it arrived like a month early!

Great service and receptive sales team. I’ve purchased three Audis from them and Johnny Richards is always available to answer my questions. The finance team is polite and efficient. Service department is adequate.
