Worked with Emily, she was very kind and got me in and out in a timely manner. Vehicle was all ready to go when I arrived, I appreciated that she did a walk around with me before I left in the rental.

This Enterprise branch provided excellent service to me. I dealt with three people total. Emily was very helpful and professional over the phone and in person. She really cares about customers. The gentleman who handled the paperwork at their office was polite and efficient in handling everything. Finally, when I called the branch about a question after I returned the car, the lady I spoke with was great too in answering my question. Their office is quite comfortable. My experience with them was very positive.

What really stuck out to me was that for a first, I didn't feel like I was getting manipulated by some witty sales person. The sales rep that tended to my purchase was Alvin and I can't see why I wouldn't be going back to him for my next vehicle.

Alvin was very polite and personable and very much appeared to be on my side. He was able to lower my down payment to $1,500 on a $40,000 LOW milage Big Horn that is still under factory warranty with a good interest rate and even included the plates in my down payment....and for the record I do not have perfect credit.

Also, the ladies that work in the office were very polite as well. Hard working women. If you are looking for a good vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Legend Motors of Waterford. 😎
