  I rented a Work Shop from Nathan (Manager) at Smart Stop Storage located in Cary, NC. Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and answered all my questions and concerns I had along the way.
  
  Nathan provided excellent customer service and my experience was so great I ended up later renting out another small unit to store my car. Smart Stop Storage in Cary is a great place for storage. Safe, Secure, and Great Service! Keep it up Nathan! Thanks again.

  After shopping online I found SmartStop Self Storage to have the best online pricing and the pricing was even better if you chose to pay for a full year up front. That was the deciding factor for me because month to month over time was more expensive. When I arrived to sign my lease the office was locked and I was confused because I had an appointment. Fortunately there is a phone number displayed prominently on the door. When I called I was connected to the manager immediately who was on site, just at another unit and back in the office within a minute. Processing my paperwork and payment was quick and easy. The manager made sure my access code worked properly, and it did. I've only just rented this space today so I'm assuming accessing my storage unit when I want will be easy, I don't foresee any difficulties, but I will update this review after a few months. For now I can say love the pricing, and customer service.

  Loved storing my belongings here... it was secure and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Very understanding and compassionate. My only complaint was the increase in rent for my unit, which seemed to happen every 6 months after the facility changed companies. Otherwise, superb service, units, safe location and security, and an amazing manager running the place- Nate.
