Spoke with Nick at Covey Computers about my 2015 Dell Desktop which had recently failed, and described the efforts I had made to revive it myself. He agreed that the cost to repair my defunct computer was likely not worth the replacement, especially since it was on its second motherboard (which was likely the point of failure, again), and he gave me some useful advice on future purchases. Appreciated his honesty, as someone who repairs computers, to not sell me on a service that wouldn't have been worthwhile. As is true with many things these days, "they don't make them like they used to." Thanks!

This is the guy you've been looking for! Very professional, personable, proficient, and prompt. Called in about my PC late afternoon near closing time, brought it over shortly after to pick up the next evening and not even a couple hours later (after closing time) he called to let me know my PC was ready. He went out of his way to get my PC back to me the same day. Also had great conversations with him when I dropped off and picked up my PC, great guy, very smart, very kind! If you're lucky enough you'll also meet his cute puppies!

Nick is one of the best computer repair experts in the area. He really knows his stuff and is extremely honest. He helped me recover my hard drive for my Masters dissertation.
