Great customer service and very clean

They are all very nice and very thorough to make sure you are safe to do the program. I also appreciate the weekly check-ins as they are helpful with staying on track and keeping you accountable.

The staff here are wonderful, knowledgeable and they really care about your weight loss journey. I have lost 35 lbs so far and all I had to do was change my eating habits. I now feel great and have lots of energy!! The weekly handouts are great and have lots of useful information to help you succeed in meeting your weight loss goal. The staff are here for you!! It's not a diet but a lifestyle change. It doesn't matter if your vegan, vegetarian or a meat eater, you can succeed on the Medi plan!!

Staff is very professional, friendly and supportive. They are teaching me how to select better food options (i.e. cheese taco shells). I am learning how not to just focus on pounds lost but other factors (BMI, Fat %, etc). This has been an awesome experience and I look forward to my weekly meeting. Thanks for all the support which makes this journey a little easier.

The staff is great. They really care about your weight loss journey and want to see you succeed. I have dietary issues and they were able to provide solutions that helped me reach my goal weight. They are also willing to help at any given time. I've called them from the grocery store asking questions about selections in my cart. They are always eager to help!!
