Truly thankful when I called to make an oil change appointment the store manager Mr. Giles was able to get me in same week. I was greeted by name and professionalism upon arrival. Nowadays, good customer service is hard to come across. This store experience exceeded my expectation and left me with a permanent reminder that good people in business do exist. I was given friendly service and honest feedback of what my car needed in future repair. I without question will be moving my car services to this location as well as my families other five vehicles. The humor and friendly conversations the store manager engaged in with other customers and myself was unmatched. Didn’t have to wait long and left with a smile. Thanks MIDAS store on 9009 W. Center Rd in Omaha NE. Looking forward to establishing a solid relationship taking care of my families car needs.

Very thorough and honest staff. Skilled mechanics always on site. Brian has taken over the shop and is very genuine and helpful. Been taking multiple cars here for years, got my brakes done earlier today and I went in thinking I’d get all 4 pads/rotors but after inspecting them they let me know I only needed rears replaced. Even let me check out the brakes with the car on the lift to make sure I was informed. Great crew, Thanks Midas!

Brian took the time to explain the repairs not only to my son but to me as well. No one does that anymore! An absolutely amazing experience!

Had an oil change and new tires put on. I asked to check breaks, which they did. They told me they were good for awhile longer yet( even though another place had said I needed flush and new pads. I appreciate the fact that they only did the work they felt was necessary! Feel like I received a good price on tires as well. New manager, friendly and informative! We’re a little short on help, but did the best they could to complete the job as quickly as possible. Will be returning for future services when needed.👍🏼

The principal is wonderful and my daughter had great teachers for the two years she has been at Alston Ridge. We hope next year is great too!

Teachers are cool, when it went there were many generic white girls, make friends easily, music class sucked.
