  Never in my life have I had such a great experience at a urgent care center. This place is really something else! I have always had negative or lackluster experiences at urgent care centers in the past and try my best to avoid them whenever possible. I couldn't get into my primary doctors office so I gave this place a try. I was taken back almost immediately after checking by a lovely nurse and the nurse practitioner came in shortly after. They were so nice and really listened to my concerns. The NP explained her thoughts on what she suspected was going on and presented me with treatment options and their risks/benefits. I am pregnant and she took extra care to make sure I knew what was safe for baby and what may have some risk. I decided to go with a conservative approach and felt confident in my decision. I know what if I need further care it is easy, convenient, and pleasant to return for follow-up. I would recommend this place and will take my family there if we ever need urgent care!

  I went in for and eye injury, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were not able to help me completely because I needed a specialist though, they were sure to point me in the direction of an ER. The doctor I saw this day even called and hour or two later to check up on me. Short wait time, great staff, clean facility, and great care.

  I went in for a sore throat that was not super painful but just bothersome, I was seen promptly and the physician assistant Ms Mandeville was awesome! The reception and nursing staff were also very pleasant. Very happy with the care I received!!

  This is a very nice urgent care and since it's UNC health care, you know they're competent. It's brand new so less than a month old. The only thing is it was kind of slow. After I saw the provider, I had to wait a long time to get discharge papers.
