Master Sean has been teaching my son for 7+ years. Both Master Sean and Ms Melissa are amazing instructors and teach and test their students taekwondo recognized by the World Taekwondo Federation in Korea.
Besides great instruction they instill self confidence, respect for themselves and others. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Excellent place to teach your kids to learn confidence, self-control and respect.They teach kids in a fun and friendly manner, but the masters are professionals! Also, you can have confidence with instructors. They put 200% effort to teach every students! Amazing quality or training, professional and skilled! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Taekwando school. Both my kids (5 and 8 year old) love going to FIT. They are learning self defence, to be confident and they are getting fit at the same time. Great combination and balance.

My son started Taekwondo with Master Sean a few months ago and he is absolutely loving his experience there. The kids are tought in small groups, which enables them to learn fast as their instructors can focus on each student. They are encouraged to give their best not only in Taekwondo but in their everyday lives. I myself started a personal training in kickboxing with Master Sean and not only do I get a complete workout but I am really enjoying my sessions. This was such a great experience, I was getting so much more out of it than just going to the gym (even though I had tried working out with a personal trainer there) that I just cancelled my gym membership. I definitely recommend this place to anyone, kid or adult, looking for a serious but family friendly martial arts school.
