My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Singh. He is the most incredibly skilled physiatrist I have ever been treated by. His bedside manner is off the charts. The entire staff is friendly and caring. We actually look forward to getting our cortisone shots, knowing there is only mild discomfort. This man is an amazing individual, who truly strives to find the correct treatment plan for his patients. We can’t recommend Dr. Singh highly enough!

I was referred to Dr. Paul Singh through Dr. Stephen Struble. I have had nothing but the best treatment and service from Carolina Spine Center Cary. Highly professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable staff. Dr Paul Singh goes above and beyond for his patients. It took just one visit and he figured out exactly what my back problem was. Very respectful, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, very supportive, intelligent and caring. He has lots of empathy and compassion for patient cause. Fantastic doctor, Always listens, takes time with patient and explains everything in detail, has a great bedside manner....just a lovely person! He really takes the time to listen to patients and their concerns and gives great, clear options on how to proceed with whatever the patient is facing. He has wonderful diagnostic skills. I have had Epidural injections worked great. I was really scared and Dr. Singh made the experience very positive. It was definitely above and beyond any experience. The care and compassion shown to me by Dr. Paul Singh and his staff was incredible and certainly appreciated. I will be highly recommending Carolina Spine Center in Cary. It was late on a Friday afternoon when Dr. Singh was texted by my Ortho Surg to see if there was any possibility that Dr Singh would be willing to see a desperate, suffering patient on short notice, late on Friday. Within 10 mins of that text, Dr Singh reached out to me directly to see how he could be of service. Although his offices are closed on weekends, having such a heart for the suffering and a dedication to his calling to increase patients quality of life, Dr Singh made an exception and opened up his office to me that Satuday morning. He took extra time away from his family to help me because he genuinely cares about easing the sufferings of others. Thank you Dr. Paul Singh for going that extra mile and being so gracious with your time. Thank your wife again for me too. Your time is her time and you are both very generous. Dr. Singh and all of his Team are the best of the best. Friendly, respectful and professional, I felt as if I was both heard and understood! Communication was clear and wonderful!

My anxiety regarding the injection procedure was soothed by the distinct feeling that I was in the most competent of hands. Dr.Singh and his Assistant took such great care of me and made sure the discomfort was minimal. Everything went so well and I am beyond grateful for this excellent Team of professionals! I've seen Dr. Singh three times in 3 months to deal with pain from two bulging cervical discs... One a 20 yr old injury (I'm 39 now) and the other seemingly more recent. I had reached a point where even my computer job was unbearable, sitting or standing.

Dr. Singh is communicative, down to earth, open minded. I felt no pressure, but was excited to try his proposed interventions. My wife, who is an eye surgeon, watched him do the first one and was thoroughly impressed with his care and technique. The recovery was not instant, but rather matched the expectation he set.
