  I recently employed Noble Renovation to finish my basement. The project was to turn my unfinished, 900 sf space into a movie theater, bar area, general purpose room and half bathroom.
  
  The biggest thing for me that one needs from a contractor coming into your home is trust, and Steve Noble very quickly earns your trust. My project came with some specific requirements for the movie room, not least of which was a significant amount of soundproofing. Even before the contract was signed Steve did the necessary research to understand it and was very attentive and accommodating of the smallest of details that come with effective soundproofing.
  
  We were very satisfied with the quality of his work also. The trim guys he uses were particularly good. He lets you know what work is scheduled that day or week etc and even though we suffered a few weeks delay, not Steves fault, he still got the work finished by Xmas as he had promised.
  
  Steve visits the project regularly and oversees progress, updates you etc rather than just calling subcontractors and letting them sort it out. You can probably find contractors that are cheaper than Noble, but his pricing is very transparent and certainly reasonable, and when it comes to home remodeling, you absolutely get what you pay for. We were certainly left content that we got a great product and value for our money.
  
  I would absolutely recommend Noble Renovation to anyone looking for any kind of remodel and Steve is a pleasure to work with, who takes pride in both his work and his customers.

  We partnered with Noble Renovation to build a new three-season porch and to add an upstairs dormer to our Cape Cod. From the start, the team was helpful and engaging. Steve participated in multiple plan reviews with our Architect and immediately brought his experience and expertise to light. As a result, we started with a much better design. Steve’s project management expertise and discipline dictated that every aspect of the project be identified and addressed prior to project start. And once we started, we were amazed at the pace of project and quality of work. Communication was frequent, clear and accurate. The online portal and mobile app were unexpected features and further increased our confidence in the project progress. Steve never came to us with an issue without also having several options; all of which were well-thought and feasible. There were no unexpected surprises and any change orders were a result of our choice or decision. Most importantly, we finished on time, on budget and love the results. We are so happy to have worked with Noble Renovation. We plan to remodel our kitchen in a few years and would not think of considering anyone else.

  We used Noble Renovation for the remodel of our basement and worked directly with Steve .
  
  Initial project planning was thorough and a clear plan put in place up front, along with cost expectations.
  
  Easy to work with, open to suggestions and we felt very much a part of the team throughout the project. All of his Contractors were respectful and tidy . He was onsite most days , kept commitments and responded immediately to any problems that came up.
  
  Excellent after service follow up and all of the small detail final touch up work completed
  
  This was a low stress efficiently run and highly successful project which was down to Steve’s up front planning, meticulous daily attention and accommodating demeanor. We found him to be trustworthy, respectful, open and honest and a pleasure to work with.
  
  Steve will be our go to person for any future work and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Noble Renovation.

  When we thought about finishing off our attic, we went to see a neighbor’s attic done by Noble Renovation. After that visit, we were very confident to choose Noble, and we have been thrilled with the results! We have heard one nice comment after another!
  Steve Minor is a well-established, licensed contractor, with superb credentials. He works with several stable, experienced, and trustworthy subcontractors who did excellent work for us. They showed respect for our house and maintained a high level of cleanliness and politeness.
  Steve came to the job site often to check on things, sometimes more than once a day. He was very accessible and willing to give many thorough answers to questions. Steve is very determined and VERY attentive to detail. He wants GREAT results and finds a way to get them!
  Steve is trustworthy, considerate, and hardworking, and has a wonderful sense of humor.
  Noble Renovation delivered quality and professionalism to our home, and the excellent work was completed in about six weeks. Steve kept things rolling along! Thanks for everything, Noble!

  Noble completed our attic renovation project. When we started the project we had only a rough idea of what we wanted and a challenging set of requirements. The room had to be a comfortable bedroom/apartment for our adult daughters while at the same time being an office/recording studio for homeowner (me). The project exceeded our expectations in every way. Noble's expertise in solving problems combined with a wonderful design consultant resulted in a beautiful new room. Lots of custom details but most of all, functionality! The room is used every day - a real solid investment. Great communication and a real "can do" attitude during the project. Good follow-up on minor issues after project completion. I highly recommend Steve and the Noble Renovation team.

Today me and my crew started on the Barnes & Noble job. This will take approximately 3 days and we'll be finishing up on Wednesday. Next week is Village Inn and in the meantime we have to fit in hotel bathrooms and several homeowners.
