I can't say enough about West Cary Wellness, Dr Brennan and Jess, the office manager. I herniated L5 and hobbled into the office in 8/10 pain. Dr Brennan listened to my situation and looked at my MRI. He outlined a plan for decompression. But that's just the beginning, what I didn't realize at the time was that Dr Brennan would look at everything I needed to heal. We've discussed diet, fascia release and many other non-medical ways to assist my body in healing. I'm now at an intermittent 2/10 and getting better each week. I am in such a better place because of West Cary Wellness. I am so happy to have had a friend refer me. She was healed and I'm on the path. Thank you Dr Brennan and Jess! Your care and insights have helped me more than words can describe.

Let me just tell you how impressed and pleased I am to offer my recommendation to anyone needing help with weight loss and nutrition with Dr. Brennan. I went in feeling hopeless with my appearance/attitude and ended Phase 1 feeling like a lion! We are all so different and I kept thinking I was going to be a huge challenge to Dr. Brennan. He was always patient and helped change my way of thinking about the food and the toxins that may seem so tasty but were all bad for me. I have been on so many diets, tried so many different supplements, but the one-on-one daily contact with Dr. Brennan was exactly what I needed. I’m super excited for the way I feel as I enter into Phase 2 (which is extremely important, the reason I was sold on the program to begin with……on how to keep it off) and continue my healthy lifestyle. I love West Cary Wellness!!! It feels like seeing family when you go! The care is excellent. I have been there several times to get my back adjusted when I tweaked it. Alex adjusted my back and was able to get me back into alignment… no more pain! 😊 Highly recommend!!!

1. Weight Loss …
Being a part of their 40 day plan I lost weight and learned so much about Wellness for my body . It’s such a great program with a daily check-in tracking weight, along with guidance to achieve my goal !
2. I was also having Achilles pain so I was treated by shock therapy and after a few treatments I can walk again without pain.
Dr. Brennen and Emily have kept me on track and encouraged me to continue eating clean. I have rheumatoid arthritis, following this program has taken pain away better than any drug I’ve ever used.
