Dollar Tree

After going to other Mattress stores, I decided to make my purchase at mattress firm.
Holly was amazing. I told her what I wanted , the price I could afford and she came through for me. So excited to get my new luxury adjustable, lumbar bed! Thank you Holly for the great customer service!!

I had such a great experience from the moment I walked in. Marcus helped me out and this was the first time ever in a mattress store. I definitely recommend going in trying beds and talking to Marcus he was awesome and it was great chatting with him. I give him and the store a 10 out of 10. Thank you mattress firm

Kristina was very Knowledgeable in made it easy to make my decision. The best customer service ever. No pressure sale and sold me the best for me. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. She is a keeper!!

Went to the grocery store to buy bread, saw Mattress Firm and on impulse got myself a new mattress after trying out several beds for quite some time. The customer service was on point and knowledgeable about the products, describing everything from bed care, to every deal I could get within my price range. Some deals were mixed and matched to get me everything I could from cheaper pillow deals to a mattress cover as well. I've browsed mattress stores casually before, even other Mattress Firms, but something about this particular location was amazing I guess. Overall, pretty good experience, and yes I made sure not to forget the bread afterwards.

My boyfriend and I just came from "Unnamed Furniture Store," where the salesperson was stand-offish, showed us mattresses way out of our budget, and overall disappointed us. THEN, we came to this Mattress Firm, and oh my gosh, what a difference. Gene was MORE than helpful. We told him exactly what we wanted at what price range, and literally the first mattress he took us to was perfect. We bought it a couple days ago, and luckily it shipped next day. It's worked out wonderfully, this was a great experience. I'd make it a point to say even though Gene assisted us, both the staff working that day were wonderful people, although I can't remember her name.

There was only ONE associate working the check out line. And he may have been the only associate working the floor, but he was great. He kept the line moving. Smiled, friendly greetings to everyone. Even helped us with 6 balloons needing to be filled with the line behind us. Then he wished us a "Blessed Sunday". Wish I had gotten his name, so I could thank him here!!!
