We relocated from Miami, FL to NC and had to make decisions without ever visiting the homes in person. He graciously FaceTimed each house with us and multiple times for the ones we really liked. He meticulously researched each home and the surrounding property to ensure that we wouldn’t be wasting our time and emotions on a home that looked good in pictures but in reality weren’t good fits for our family. Even when we fell in love with a home and we were ready to make an offer he researched the fine print and made us aware that a new highway was going to built running right through the back yard. Nightmare avoided!

When we finally found the house that we now call HOME, Chris took great care to ensure that we understood the inspection reports, bank documents, etc. There were many phone calls and often after hours, but all throughout Chris was cheerful and attentive. We are blessed that we had him as an ally in a situation that could have been more stressful.
