When I dropped it off, I asked about a new set of tires and they were able to fit that into my service visit along with an alignment. First time using their courtesy ride and valet return of my vehicle. Absolutely a great experience! Laurie my service advisor is always on top of things and a pleasure to work with. Many thanks to the folks in the service department at Crossroads Ford Fuquay for taking good care of our Raptor!
