Abberly Solaire Apartment Homes by HHHunt

I'm going on my third year living at Abberly Solaire, and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. It's a 20 minute ride to downtown Raleigh (and an inexpensive Uber ride), the pool is fantastic, the gym is pretty good, and the floorplans are great. Maintenance is always quick to respond and the leasing staff is really responsive (and nice). The fact that you can have 3 pets and there are no breed or weight restrictions is priceless for families with pets.

Cons: The floors and walls are thin (and I mean really thin) - but that's common for other places too - and some of the neighbors refuse to pick up after their dogs even though the bags and trash receptacles are a few feet away (or sometimes closer).

Overall, the benefits absolutely outweigh the drawbacks.

I have loved living at Abberly Solaire! It’s clean, the apartments are so nice, there’s lots of space, and fantastic amenities. The staff are always friendly and so helpful. It’s in a fantastic location as well - close to I-40 and near all the restaurants and shops. I’m only moving because of a new job, or I’d stay here for much longer! Highly recommend it!

I absolutely love living at Abberly Solaire! The apartments are gorgeous and spacious, with high ceilings and big windows (there's also numerous floor plans to choose from). The grounds are well-kept and it always looks neat and tidy around the complex. The office staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and always ready to help if something comes up. The maintenance staff are also very nice, professional, and efficient. These apartments have wonderful amenities (beautiful pool, nice lounge area, gym, and convenient dog park) and it's also in a great location, near a bunch of stores and restaurants, but is still is peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this apartment complex!
