Today I went in to your location off Arkansas and Tatiana was no help. My daughter was trying to get her phone on before work. She told me it would take 25 to 30 minutes. I left and went to the Cooper location. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Bernicie for helping me with my daughter phone. It didn't take 30 minutes I guess your phone was more important than the customers.
