My fiancé and I arrived at this location on a Monday morning to open an account. They had six foot markers set up outside and all staff were wearing masks. Luevenia greeted us at the door and informed us all staff members were busy assisting others customers but said there was no one in line in front of us and the expected wait would be 5-7 minutes. The wait area was closed due to the pandemic and it was hot outside. She said we didn't have to stand outside in the heat but could wait in our car and she would call us when they became available. She was absolutely lovely and we were really impressed by the high standard of customer care at this Navy Federal.
I've banked with NFCU since 2005, they've been top notch and have great products. Highly recommend!
Jeremy was extremely nice , patient and great at communicating! The whole establishment operated quick and nicely but he stood out the most. Just opened an account , glad it did
Navy Federal should rethink the process for member to get business checking account. Business owners are dealing with limited free time often and jumping through hoops to get a business checking account is ridiculous. I gave a 4 stars because even though the process was silly, each person I spoke with was very friendly. It would be much easier if the initial application would include the ability to upload all the required documents. So when the member call to get approved the information is already processed. Requiring me to upload the documents while on the phone is not always convenient. I spent a lot of time on hold while my application was being processed. Providing the documents before I called would have saved some of my hold time. Especially since this is all handled over the phone and not in the branch.
This is the first NFCU I have been to in Wake County that had sufficient, easy parking. The other 2 are in strip malls with terrible parking. This location is brand new and fully staffed. It even has 2 ATM's out front. If this was closer to my house it would be the only branch I would visit.
