Modern Mechanical HVAC

Another great job by Modern Mechanical!!! We have used this company for our heating and air conditioning systems for 15 years and they never let us down. Their customer service and professionalism is outstanding. They always give reminders for maintenance, are always on time, very considerate, friendly and trustworthy. We just had them install a Mini Split System in our garage/workshop/studio and can’t wait to enjoy that space in year-round comfort!! Thank you Jason, Scott and Andrew for taking such good care of us.

We started working with Modern Mechanical last winter when our heat went out. They took care of us every step of the way through our gas pack replacement - everyone we have dealt with is knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. Following our experience we entered into a maintenance plan for all three of our units. A separate unit had a blower motor go out this week, which they replaced for us. The process was quick and painless, they once again took care of us every step of the way. We are in the process of finishing off an attic space - upgrading a unit, redoing duct work, electrical, etc. and are using them for that project also. We will not use anyone else for these services, Modern Mechanical is the best to work with.

I had a new HVAC installed at the end of October (a little over 3 months ago). I'm pleased to say that everything is still functioning as expected. Steve, Percy, Paul, and Tavarious did a great job during installation. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. My sales rep, Joe, was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Overall I'm very pleased in my investment with a new HVAC from Modern Mechanical.

Modern Mechanical does a wonderful job for a great price. All of their folks are super friendly and go above and beyond to provide stress-free service. They recently saw a situation at my house that might cause a water backup and came out and dug around in the crawlspace for free!! WOW! I highly recommend this company.

Modern Mechanical was highly recommended to me for repair of my air conditioning unit today and I completely see why. The administrative office was very courteous and professional when setting up my appointment and the gentleman who performed the service, Laurence, was exceptional. Efficient, knowledgeable service for a very fair price. He made sure I understood every step of what he was doing and could not have been more gracious. All around great experience, give them a call if you have HVAC needs!
