Kaiser is a fantastic guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable about his product line, and is always willing to go the extra mile to find the best solution. There are many metro pcs and T-Mobile stores, but I never take my business anywhere but here. Most recently my girlfriend and I both upgraded our phones to the top of the line model, and Kaiser was able to find us a great deal that saved me around 700 dollars had I just bought the phones outright online. I was also pleasantly surprised that despite having not been in the store for well over a year, maybe even 2 years, Kaiser remembered us! He asked a follow up question from a conversation we had 2 years ago! Really goes a long way to be treated like a valued customer, and that's why this location and specifically the owner, Kaiser, is my go to phone guy. Thanks again.

If you own a van, truck or any sort of commercial vehicle and want it outfitted the right way (shelves, winches, power, whatever), then this is the place to go! I have never had such great customer service from anyone in the auto industry. Not only do they know their stuff, but they are fast, reliable, and total pros.
