    We have know Tom for over 18 yrs. He sold us our house in PineWinds in Garner/Raleigh. When we made the decision to move to the NC mountains for us and sell our house ...we knew exactly who to call to sell our home...Tim Upchurch!

    Tim is just AMAZING!! We had moved 4 1/2 hours away and left our house in Garner we knew were in the right hands with this man. The house was listed in mid to late July 2017 and It sold in 1 day...Tim pitched in...he did all of the negotiating...we did not have a worry in the world. Also living 4 1/2 hrs away, we could be at the house to do this and that.

    Tim did it all. He went way above and beyond for us and we can not thank him enough. He always remains calm and is so helpful. ...which when it comes to buying andf selling homes.....you need a calm and good realtor to tell you..it will be OK... Tim Upchurch was on our side all of the way.
