T-Mobile

I admit it, I loath going to cell phone stores, even more than car dealers and pawn shops. I'm not sure why I dread it so much, but I'll put it off as long as I can.
Therefore, I was very pleasantly surprised that my time spent at this store today was ok. I didn't walk out with a new phone like I planned but no one's fault who works here. Hopefully I'll get my phone soon and that visit will be pleasant as well.

Came in a half hour before closing one weeknight (thought they closed later) to get a new phone. When I realized it would be tough to transfer items off my old phone and activate in that much time, offered to come back rather than make them stay late. Alex, the retail consultant helping me, was great and said he and the manager would stay late if necessary. As a former retail person myself, I know that's not always true. The manager came over and introduced himself and also said they were in no hurry, even though he commutes from over an hour away! Great employees...been with Sprint for 20 years and always get good service

I wish I could give more starts. I worked with Justin and Terrance to port and move from Verizon. These guys provide customer service that is something rare now a days. They patiently worked to do everything the right way. I have lines with my family who live in other cities. Terrance even worked with other store to help them move. Thank you so much, I appreciate your personal attention to help us with the port
