Stopped by to get prices of different storage units and a truck. Patrick was great, answered all my questions, let me look at different size units to see what would work best. Facility was very clean.

Such a contactless and easy process to rent a unit! Facilities are clean, well-lit, and easy to access. I would definitely recommend.
I have rented several storage units, so I know there is a admin fee, insurance, and a lock that you will have to need. I went to public storage in Holly Springs off of 55, I used it in Morrisville. I let her know I had a reservation, she then ask me what I’m storing in the unit. I tell her seasonal items, she looks at me like to tell her what seasonal items. So I start to list them off, I’m irritated because it’s none of their business and had I known they like to know what goes in the unit like that I would’ve made an itemized excel sheet. GOOD GRIEF...anyways I say “a portion of a section the chaise part.” She tries to argue with me that it won’t fit, I tell her it will because it has in another unit and it’s the one I would like. We go through the insurance thing, and get to the lock part I brought my own lock because they will make you buy theirs if you don’t. It’s the one I’ve used with 3 other units. I told her I’m not interested. She then tells me I HAVE to buy the lock because it’s the only one that will work with the Unit. CANCEL EVERYTHING, if it’s the only one that works WHY AM I BUYING IT AND ITS NOT INCLUDED. I don’t “HAVE” to do anything. I told this story, because that is how I ended up here. I found this storage facility which was closer to my apartment anyways. I did everything online, I didn’t have to speak to anyone NOTHING they sent me all the info through text and email. No annoying questions, back and forth or told I had to do something best part. I open the storage unit and theirs a nice little tote THAT HAS A LOCK IN IT. Would you look at that...a company that understands you don’t HAVE to do anything. No but seriously, with the pandemic I was more then satisfied with the process and accessibility.
Cathy one of the managers at security self storage did a wonderful job. She managed to keep the crew that I had for moving all of my furniture straight also she kept me straight and was a professional throughout my usage of the storage units. Cathy also manage pricing for me so I can get the best price for my money. I recommend anyone to use Security self storage place it’s nice and clean they do a wonderful job and the management is great.
