Dr Benzing and Nurse Brittanie were absolutely amazing. They were both so thorough and made me feel comfortable with my dental plan and upcoming procedures. I am usually mortified when it comes to getting my teeth worked on and I felt so comfortable from the moment I sat down and began talking with Brittanie. She was able to answer every question I asked with ease. Dr. Benzing explained things so well. I felt like I knew so much about the process when I left and I know exactly what is to come. I would recommend them to anyone that is needing dental work. The Holly Springs office was also so beautiful and extremely clean. The front staff was very kind and professional, as well. I called to reschedule my appointment as I had missed my previous appointment due to a conflict with my work schedule. They were so accommodating and actually got me in the same day I called due to a cancellation. I was so impressed by every part of my interaction with Nu Image. So, I can say my experience from walking in the door to walking out was a 10 out of 10!

I could not have had a more pleasant experience with something I'm scared to death of! From the helpful and cheerful ladies at the front to Dr. Rivero and her team that performed my procedure. Dr. Rivero, you are amazing! I can't thank you and your team enough! I was terrified and you handled me with such care and courtesy. If I ever find myself needing this type of care again, you'll be my first call!

Referred to Nu to investigate repair options related to a procedure done elsewhere. Staff is great, urgency has been accommodated... I'm sure this is going to be quite costly...

To say I was anxious about having my wisdom teeth removed in my late forties is an understatement. My experience with Dr Benzing yesterday was as ideal as I could have expected. Having never had an IV or been anesthetized, I was nerve-wracked when first taken back to the procedure room. The assistant provided a warm blanket, was engaging and helped take my mind off the IV needle. The doctor came in asked if I had any questions and injected the anesthetic into the IV and the next thing I knew I was being walked to the car with my chocolate ice cream parting gift. The long-lasting Novocain controlled the pain until after midnight. Dr Benzing called last night to check in which was really nice and completely unexpected. As I said, the experience could not have been better. If I had more wisdom teeth to spare, I would go back:)

I very rarely leave reviews but this place definitely deserves it! My oldest (12) had 4 teeth removed. The staff were courteous and professional! They did a fantastic job taking care of my baby. My only problem I had was I was given a quote at the consultation and when I arrived I was asked to pay a price that was almost $300 more than my quote. Luckily I had the paperwork. I’m not sure why this occurred but if you receive a quote, hold onto it just in case. Thank you to the staff at Nuimage and Thank you to the doctor who called to check on my baby personally after her surgery!
