I cannot recommend Make an Impression highly enough! Jim, Dawn and the MAI Team are absolute LIFESAVERS.

I designed my own wedding invitations and had them printed using a large company. The original print from this company was a disaster - awful quality, inconsistent, just all around terrible. In a panic, my friend based in NC recommended reaching out to Jim who he said was amazing. I am SO glad I did.

Shortly after emailing Jim, I got a phone call and was instantly put at ease. Jim was kind, knowledgeable, and helped me pick the best options. He and the team were patient with providing proofs, specific fonts for my envelopes, etc. and were just a joy to work with. My invitations arrived in PERFECT condition.

So, so grateful for MAI - highly recommend even if you’re not local. They shipped perfectly to me in the northeast. Thank you Jim, Dawn & team!!!!

I had to ship a heavy box that I barely got into my car myself. I had to bring my twins with me, and I called them ahead of time and asked if they could take the box out for me so I didn’t have to take my kids out, while trying to lug this box. They said no problem, and even had me email the label so they could be ready, I just had to call them when I arrived. When I got there, I called and they came out so fast, took the box, and had the receipt ready for me from the label I emailed them! They were amazing and they have no idea how much this tired mom appreciates them taking that stress off of me! 100% would use them again! They even gave my girls lollipops!!

It has been YEARS since I have dealt with a company that provides the level of customer service Jim and his team gives! We placed a fairly large order yesterday and the product was delivered TODAY! Everything was perfect - I am so thrilled to find a company who cares about their customers! Thank you Jim - You are now our "go to" for all things printed!
