Ricky did a great job installing a new outlet for our wall mounted TV. He was very professional and did a great job for a good price.
Ricky was extremely knowledgeable and knew immediately what our problem was. He replaced an old, worn out GFCI outlet and increased the voltage so that we could power everything we needed. Plus, Ricky came immediately, on a very rainy day! Highly recommend his services!
I called them because I thought something was wrong woth my fuse box outside- after explaining my problem, the gentleman told me to not waste my money and call duke energy because it sounded like my meter was bad and if that wasn’t it to call him back. Turns out that was exactly what the problem was. I really appreciate him being honest and not coming out and charging me money to tell me the same thing. I will definitely save this company’s number incase i ever do need work. They seem like a very honest and trustworthy company.
We called Duke Power because our lights were surging. They came out Saturday morning and shut off our power, telling us that we needed a repair to the meter base before they could turn it back on.
We called Ricky and he was able to come right away. Our box is old (1986) and parts are very difficult to find. Ricky brought and old box and was able to pull the parts from that box. He made the repair and Duke turned our power back on.
We are so impressed with Ricky’s quick response and innovative resolution! We will certainly use RLGriffin Electric again!
Ricky helped us disconnect a generator we’re buying. He even did it on the 24th of December. He is very professional. He went an extra mile to make sure we will be able to meet our deadline.
