I called with a very strange question/request the other day and not only received an extremely prompt reply but a response that I did not expect to receive - it was extremely positive. Above and Beyond could not be a better name for this company. Tom truly went above and beyond to help me out.

(November 27, 2012, 9:52 am)Tom, the owner, is very professional and extremely talented/committed to Hot Air Balloons. As a small business owner, he is very focused on clients who are serious about having a GREAT experience and really want to have a high quality ride - even with friends and kids that might like to go along. I have found him to be quite generous with his expertise and very accommodating. The only thing that he doesn't have any control over is the weather. Even then, he is constantly on the lookout for areas locally where there might be a "window" in the weather to keep things on schedule. I appreciate his seriousness and sincerity in what he does - especially since you have to trust his knowledge that far up in the sky!
