Rise North Raleigh-Sutton Square

This place is fantastic.

After living in North Carolina for a over a year and eating at many local restaurants (before and during covid) I found myself in a situation where I will be getting off work very early. Working nights and typically off work between 6 and 8 a.m. I usually am rather hungry by this point. I have found myself regularly ordering from Doordash, GrubHub, and other delivery services, both from the restaurant directly and a third party. Upon seeing Rise Southern Biscuit and Righteous Chicken located within North Raleigh on the doordash delivery page I decided I would try them out, after all you can only order from McDonald's so many times before it gets old. This as it would turn out was a great decision. My order consisted of two Righteous Chicken Biscuits, (one with bacon) and one side each of Cheddar Tots, Country Gravy, (witch I utilized as a dipping sauce to great effect) and Green Chili Cheese Grits. This meal is, without exaggeration, the best breakfast I have had in North Carolina from a restaurant that offers delivery. The Righteous Chicken Biscuits are better than any chicken biscuit I have had in this state thus far. (better than any fast food establishment including Chick-fil-A, Popeye's Chicken, Bojangles) The Cheddar Tots were excellent, the Green Chili Cheese Grits was delicious with a great mild chili flavor, and the County Gravy made a great dipping sauce for both the biscuits and tots. Over all I can say I am completely satisfied with my experience regarding this establishment. Furthermore I will be personally recommending this establishment to all my friends and family when they come to vist me, and would highly recommend anybody currently within the North Raleigh area give this establishment a try. I highly doubt you will be dissatisfied with your experience.

Rise is awesome for a quality breakfast/lunch at a reasonable price, if you're in a rush you can order online too and get an estimated pickup time. Mine is always ready when I walk in and the staff is always accomodating

My fiance were traveling and decided to stop here for breakfast and I am so glad we did. The glazed blueberry biscuit was amazing as well as the fried chicken biscuit sandwich. I will definitely be going back there again when I move south.
