Trinity Wellness Center

I have been going to Trinity Wellness for all my physical therapy needs for the last 19 years. They are the best group around. The whole staff is nice and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and confident in their knowledge and expertise. I've seen multiple therapists at Trinity, but I've been working with Matt on my two most recent injuries (a torn calf muscle, and a torn rotator cuff.) Both times, he's helped me get back on the court playing and coaching without needing surgery. There wasn't a cookie cutter plan, everything was custom tailored for my abilities and needs. Matt oversaw every rep of every exercise to make sure my form was correct, and tweaked things when necessary. After each and every session, I received a breakdown of what we'd done, and detailed instructions for my homework. Trinity truly is the best, and I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Trinity by my GP to address a pinched nerve on L4 that was causing 9/10 pain. I could hardly walk or stand for any significant amount of time. Surgery was discussed but ruled out in order to try PT.
Matt and I started to work with each other with dry needle therapy, hip alignment exercises and soft tissue manipulation.
Through out the 5 week process ( twice weekly) Matt and I discussed progress, tweaked exercises and gradually built upon a program I could do at home. After every session I was sent an synopsis of the exercises as review. Gradually Matt was able to realign my hips that were out of alignment from previous multiple knee surgeries and my favoring one knee over the other for several decades.
In Five weeks time, I am pain free. Still a little stiff in the morning, but it takes me less time to loosen up and get ready for a spin class at the Y.
I accepted that the soreness, osteoarthritis, and discomfort was the price for football and other contact sports in my teens and 20’s. Trinity and Matt showed me that is not necessarily so.

My doctor sent me to Trinity Wellness. My PT was Megan. She is wonderful in every way. She is kind; she made me feel very comfortable; and we had great (fun) conversations! She listened to my issue (neck), and she and I worked as a team. Her first suggestion was to improve my pillow. It really helped! She gave me exercises to do, and they helped. I have made great progress. We decided that yesterday would be my last day. I will definitely go back to her if PT is needed again. I also felt very safe with their COVID regulations.

Following surgery, I went to Trinity Wellness Center on the advice of my in-home physical therapist, and because it's much closer to my home than the surgery center's PT center. It turned out to be a great decision.

I could not have been more pleased with the therapist I was matched up with. Megan is terrific! She always made me feel like I was her only patient during our sessions. She's friendly, knowledgeable, a good teacher, generous with praise for a good effort--while understanding of whatever difficulties I had--and ready to experiment, to find what worked best for me. But she was firm in her encouragement that I must do the stretches, do the exercises--there and at home--in order to reap the rewards. She was right, of course, and with her help I learned a lot about how to help myself, and made excellent progress.

Everyone I encountered at Trinity was friendly and helpful. The facility is kept very clean. I constantly saw equipment being sanitized before each user, as it should be. I would recommend Trinity Wellness Center, unreservedly, to anyone in need of physical therapy.

My entire experience at Trinity Wellness Center has been nothing short of extraordinary ! The facility and equipment is are exceptional, and the ENTIRE staff is remarkable at what they do. I can’t say enough about Chris Ball and his amazing professionalism, ability, knowledge, skill and manner. After going through a significant surgery to repair my torn rotator cuff, I truly do not know where I would be without his expertise, care and attention. Thank you Chris and Deanna for making every visit to your facility an incredible and extremely productive experience. I will be forever grateful to Trinity Wellness Center.
