  I have had the best experience ever dialing with the Ashley Home Store in Elk River, MN. I purchased a sofa in December of 2021 and also purchased the protection plan that they offer for their products. The day after my delivery, I accidentally damaged the sofa. I contacted the protection plan people and they processed my claim and replaced the item. When I worked with the store manager, Andrew and the asst manager, Tanner, they were both extremely easy to work with and went the distance to help me and make sure the whole process was seamless! I would recommend this store to any and all of my friends. They are honest and extremely ethical in their business practices.

  Jim was great to work with - we were able to walk around the store on our own and he was able to help us when we found something we liked! It was nice that he gave us space to look around but didn't hover! I get so anxious making someone wait on me to make decisions! He was very knowledgeable and helpful in selections. Tanner also helped with mattresses and made that process easy as well. We have always been happy with all of our furniture from Ashley - and we will come back again.

  If you go to Ashley furniture Elk River ask for Mark! He is awesome! We just bought a house and furnished 80% of it with Ashley products and we are very happy we did. It was a very smooth process with Mark. He got us everything we needed with little to no work on our end. Great furniture great service!

  I purchased a sectional in store with the help of Jim & Tanner. I realized the next day I didn't check the measurements to make sure it would fit in our small, awkwardly shaped living room. It took several phone calls, some measuring, and replacing the order for a different sectional, but I finally found one that would fit perfectly!
  
  Jim & Tanner kept their sense of humor throughout & were professional, friendly & patient from start to finish. They made sure I was happy with my purchase & made sure all my questions were answered. They even adjusted my total to reflect a lower sale price that was offered after I made the purchase, saving me $400!
  
  I highly suggest visiting Jim or Tanner if you're looking for furniture. They made the process fun & stress free. When things didn't go as planned, they were able to offer suggestions & sort it out quickly. Thanks again, guys!

  My family bought new family room furniture for an odd spaced room. It took us a couple of trips to find something to fit the space. Alonzo was patient and allowed us time to shop without smothering. 2 pieces were in stock and 1 was out until January. Delivery came quickly and included the January piece! This is the second room we've filled from Ashley and pleased BOTH times!

  Gene took the time to make sure the job was done right. He picked up the car which was a convience to us. Did an excellent job. Would highly recommend him.
