Dr. Neighbors and his staff have been very helpful and professional with my treatment over the last few years.
I was very impressed overall with all the staff at Associated Urologists and my apt with Dr Neighbors and his nurse and appointment scheduler. All the staff were professional, answered all my questions. I was especially happy that the common procedure to look in the bladder was not painful as I had been expecting, just the briefest of sting when the anesthesia was inserted, certainly nothing to dread in the future !
Dr. Khera-McRackan of AUNC performed a laparoscopic nephrectomy on me Friday 20 November for a longstanding issue. I have been through multiple meetings and discussions about this procedure since Aug 2015. I am very impressed with this practice and particularly pleased with Dr. Khera-McRackan. I've struggled with this kidney issue since birth and thankful it will no longer be an issue I have to manage. My genuine appreciation to Dr. Khera-McRackan as well as the excellent staff at UNC-Rex Hospital.
