Bulwark Exterminating Morrisville

This review is posted 2 months after the first initial treatment. I honestly forgot I signed up for a bi-monthly service, which is a good sign since I've had no pests in my house to report.

I had an issue with cockroaches in the garage and kitchen when I first moved into my home. I contacted Bulwark, and they sent someone over to do an inspection and perform both interior and exterior treatments. Since then, I've seen zero cockroaches.

Both the Bulwark employees who visited my house (during the initial visit and as part of the first bi-monthly check-in) have been extremely professional and friendly. They also brought their own shoe covers when entering my home as I have carpeted floors so they do not get dirtied.

I am very pleased with the services I had performed this morning. Daryle Gee was very pleasant, informative, and thorough. He had phenomenal customer service and goes above and beyond by explaining each step of what he’s doing, what it’s done for, and what to do when he is finished. He was sure to explain the chemicals used and how to allow them adequate time to penetrate before cleaning the area to allow the best results. He was also sure to used the least amount of chemicals possible, as he was aware that I have young children. I would definitely recommend this company, specifically Daryle, to anyone who is looking for pest control services.

I called this company to come back one week after the initial visit because I was still seeing ants. The initial visit is supposed to be a very thorough one and after that, it's supposed to be "maintenance visits". The initial visit was only 15 minutes (not exactly thorough). During the second visit one week later, Michael Fisher came to my house. He let me know that the initial visit should be about one hour! Michael was extremely professional, very thorough and sprayed the house (for ants) anywhere that I asked him to and even other areas that I didn't notice and he had picked up on. If you use this company, I highly recommend Michael Fisher!

Jeremy Stevens came by today as part of our regular bug and insect every other month service. He was a delight! We just started with Bulwark and have been pleasantly surprised at the great service. Jeremy took the time to show how to improve the outside of the house to keep the critters out and even spent time on the inside to tackle a small problem with some very tiny ants that just recently showed up. He made me feel very confident that even though we live in a very wooded area we can continue to live without any bugs or insects in the house. I strongly recommend Bulwark's, hopefully you'll get Jeremy or someone just as great as he is!

We've been using Bulwark for years. They are courteous and will work to fit you in asap if you have any urgent service needs. We've had nothing but great customer service, including our latest technician, Michael Fisher. He was flexible and willing to accommodate me when I asked him to treat additional areas today.
