If I had 10 stars I would give them to this office! From the beginning to the very end of my ortho tx, this entire office was on point!! From the office mgr. explaining the cost & payments to me, to the assistants being so kind and down to earth!! Dr. Nay is all of that and then some. If you have children or if you are an adult in need of ortho tx, please try Dr. Nay. You will not be disappointed. Oh yeah, and if you want to look stylish..(HE DOES GOLD BRACES! YES! GOLD! EVERYONE LOVED MY SMILE!)

My daughter likes Dr. Nay and the entire staff there. They are v professional and friendly at the same time. Clinic appears to be well equipped, pristine and modern. We are looking forward to the prescribed treatment and will update this review as time progresses. At this time, we highly recommend Dr. Nay for Orthodontic dental work.

Dr. Nay and his staff are professional, speedy and have amazing manners! They are flexible, kind, warm and enthusiastic. Dr. Nay personally takes time to know you as a patient, even remembering small details from your hobbies to your favorite food. Workwise, he is quick and efficient, making sure you don't need to be there any longer than you need to! I went there as an adult after my first orthodontics treatment didn't pan out as expected. I was skeptical, but Dr. Nay worked his wonders and I got my smile back :) Naturally I took my child as well when his time came. Needless to say, we've not being disappointed.

Dr. Nay is diligent, thorough, detailed and comprehensive. He spent a good hour to explain and explore options on the complex of my husband traumatized case. Definitely it's worthy your time for a free consultation before you make your final decision of whom you will go for orthodontic treatment.

Excellent – Friendly – Very Professional!

What a great experience this was! Where do I begin?! Let me start by saying the excellent experience started with the first call I received to set up an appointment after my dentist had send a referral to the office of Dr. Nay. Codi was such a pleasure to talk to, very professional yet fun to chat with, and asked just the right questions to get me set up and in. The process online prior to the appointment was so easy and very self-explanatory!

Then, the day of my first appointment I was welcomed with GENUINE warmth from the moment I stepped into the office until I left. Cindy took the time I needed to learn more about my orthodontic needs and goals. And just when I thought it could not get better, Dr. Nay himself proved that it could! He was very attentive to my questions, worries, and explained everything in detail, until he felt my mind was at ease. Which by the way, he did till my last appointment! The rest of the staff is just as lovely and attentive as Codi, Cindy, and Dr. Nay. Thank you Julia, for being such a fantastic dental assistant and taking care of me with such compassion! I felt excellently taken care of every step of the way, by every single person at Dr. Nay’s orthodontic office. Not surprising, really, if you think about it he picks his staff, and since he is by far the best, there is no way they wouldn’t be :)

I was especially weary since this was my third time to get orthodontic treatment since my youth, the first being in a supposedly one of the best countries, Germany! This time we got it! My smile is perfect, my bite is as it should be, no more biting the inside of my cheeks, and all of that in an absolutely acceptable time frame. In fact shorter than I expected.

So, if you or your child need the best care, compassion, and a professional orthodontist & staff that will take care of you/your child the best way possible, than THIS is the office to trust!
