  We loved working with Livia. We have talked to multiple realtors and chose Livia because she was very personable, professional and kind. Her commission was also only 5% which was lower than other realtors yet she handled everything for us. Our house sold in 12 days and we received multiple offers at more than we expected to get. I believe the small changes she suggested made a huge difference. I will always recommend her to my family and friends.

  Absolutely loved working with Livia I will always recommend her to our family, friends or anyone else looking for a home in Raleigh. She is was very prompt in her communication and never pushed us, but always made sure we were educated on the entire process. She was very good at negotiating on our behalf and never let us down.
