  Warren deserves 10 stars for helping us close on our house.
  
  My wife and I were never anticipating on buying a house this year - we contacted warren primarily to find a decent rental within our budget. Not once did Warren try to push us to buy and worked relentless to find/show us rentals.
  
  One day out of boredom, my wife and I went to a few open houses and found a home we were obsessed with. We contacted Warren and he drove over an hour to get us a showing immediately.
  
  Through all the bumps that came our way with the sellers, mortgage company, etc., Warren was Johnny in the spot to get things addressed and resolved in a rapid manner so we could close on time.
  
  Furthermore, Warren helped us negotiate several incentives into the homes purchase that would’ve otherwise would’ve never been included if he had not recommended them.
  
  Now, several months after we purchased, my wife and I have had several questions (first time owning a home with a private septic, well, and gas system). Warren is still helping us collect information and get in touch with the right people without hesitation long after his commissions have been collected.
  
  If you’re in the market for a new home or you’re just curious about what’s happening in the industry, Warren is an absolute blessing and pleasure to work with! I can not recommend him enough!

  Warren is a knowledgeable, intuitive and pro-active.He has been an excellent agent for me. He knows the market, gives very sound advice and is extremely responsive. He has excellent knowledge of triangle region.. As someone who has listed property for sale. I have found Warren to be completely invested in bringing me the best end result. In addition, Warren is fabulous to work with: thoughtful, realistic and smart - I believe Warren understands not only the processes of selling/ renting extremely well.He has a boatload of integrity.
