  You will not find a better physical therapy/performance place than BYoung. Every staff member I have encountered at BYoung cares about the individual above all else. I cannot recommend this place enough for someone coming off of injury or trying to advance their career!

  An amazing staff from the front desk to the guys in the back. I have a 16 y/o daughter that has had shoulder/arm pain and numbness for 4-5 years. Started seeing Brandon for PT and after a few appointments he helped get us referred to a surgeon for TOS. She is now almost 18 weeks post-op and B Young Physical Therapy, Performance Center has her on the right track to get back in the game she loves!!! I highly recommend this group to everyone I know. If you are looking for physical therapy, throwing, hitting, pitching or even just conditioning this IS the place to go!!!

  This is the best place to improve as an athlete and person. I started coming to Byoung when I was a freshman in college. I took advantage of every opportunity offered to get better since. I have done physical therapy, biomechanics, and summer/winter workouts. With the knowledge that Byoung has to offer and a little hard work, I gained 10 mph, friends for life, and a love for learning the art of pitching. The atmosphere in this place is like no other. I recommend anyone that is serious about getting better! I would not be where I am today without it!

  This place changed my career. Without these people there’s no way I would be where I am today. I went from a Division III walk on throwing 83 miles an hour to now a power five D1 player at LSU throwing in the mid to upper 90s. They are the absolute best in the business. Not only is there equipment top-of-the-line but all the people care about you and legitimately want you to succeed. Every person that I’ve met that has used them as a resource has spoken positively. And I can’t think of them enough for their help the last five years!!

  After my first year of working with BYoung, I was able I was able to gain on average 4 mph on my fastball. I also sent a new PR of 98mph. I would recommend BYoung to anyone looking to take the next step in their baseball career!
