I am late with this review as my roof was installed a while ago but it still looks great and has held up well! The team was very professional. They took good care of my plants, the deck furniture and cleaned up perfectly after they were done. Everything went very smoothly and completely very quickly. We could not be more happy with our new roof and gutters from Baker. We had asked around and it was consistent advice from trusted folks that led us to Baker. Our experience with Baker began with Ignacio Gutierrez providing us great advice on materials and colors, on what was best for our house and what was best for our neighborhood. Ignacio was honest and told us that more might need to be done if they discovered damage under the old shingles. He was forthright, wise, and confidence inspiring. That confidence was enhanced by project manager Mel Luna. Mel told us exactly what they would do and in what order. He also kept us continually advised about progress with texts and photos of what they found when the old shingles were removed. As Ignacio had suspected, we needed a lot of underlayment replaced and Mel's photos clearly showed us what we needed. Mel was continually in motion getting more materials and getting the job done. His crew was topnotch as well - fast, thorough, professional, and really good humored. They finished what looked to be a long job in a bit over a day. We were astounded at how efficiently they worked. When the gutters were added, the place looks like a new house. We will highly recommend Baker to anyone who asks us about a new roof. One gets what one pays for and we got professionalism, years of solid experience, great workmanship, and a great new roof. Ignacio and Mel are two reasons why Baker has such a good reputation.

I am loving my new windows! Rob Holt and Brian Altork was my initial contact. They walked me through several options and when presenting the estimates, really broke down all the different choices. There was no pressure at all, unlike the Anderson salesman we met with. Robert Allen was the project manager and helped line up the window delivery and installation. He was great on communication. Octavio did the installation and painted/repaired and the work is flawless. Highly recommend!

Worked with Will Gurney. Had a tight timeline as we wanted to get a re-roof before installing solar at the end of 2020. Unlike the other roofing companies I contacted, Will responded rapidly, often within minutes of me sending an email. And this includes in the evenings. He and his team were able to get the roof done ahead of schedule. Very impressed with Baker and the quality of the install and would recommend to others.

Brian from Baker Roofing is a dream! He was amazing and he did an excellent installation of the window we ordered. The service was top notch. The entire experience was awesome from my first call to the office, the quote, delivery and installation. Brian's workmanship is superior to anything we have ever had before (we have used many other contractors in our past).
