We were so fortunate to have Lowe's send Sergio and Anna out to install our tile. Their work is beautiful. They went above and beyond to give us a job so well done that we are telling everyone we can. You won't go wrong with these people

Carlos Gomez, our installer, was professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure everything was done properly. He had a great attitude, and I could tell he cared about the excellent quality of his work. Please tell Carlos I really appreciate him. We love our new floor.

I am very satisfied with the job that Legacy did for us. We had a carpet installed in one of our bedrooms. The guys were on time and were professional. We hired them to install carpet in the room only since carpet was left in the closet, but to my surprise the guys had installed our new carpet in the closet as well. It looks great! They cleaned up well after the install was completed as well. Will be looking to hire Legacy when we install carpet in the rest of the house!

Legacy is the installer for Lowes. The scheduler contacted me 2 days after carpet arrived from the warehouse. They had an opening the next day 1 to 3 pm and I accepted it. Install day--a crew of 2 showed up at 8:15am instead. They explained the scheduler set up 2 customers for the same time (1-3) so they decided to stop by and see if I was ready now. I agreed or else face a reschedule. It's the master bedroom (13x13) with a short hallway and a small walk in closet on the right. I ordered 15ft instead of 12ft and they were able to avoid seams. The room was 100% ready beforehand-no baseboards and bare concrete floor. The narrow hall made it precarious to transition the wide section before cutting it so a corner was scuffed. The room was painted last week so I have paint on hand to touch it up. The carpet was pulled tight and has no lumps. I was fortunate to have an installer with 13 yrs experience. Overall I'm happy.

had to wait a long time for the installation crew to show up (I'm located over a hundred miles away from legacy flooring). But when the installation guy did finally arrive at my house he was professional and definitely good at his job. It wasn't entirely a smooth process but some of that was Lowe's. Bottom line though at the end of the day we had our carpet professionally installed and my wife has been happy ever since. Despite there being a few issues it overall wasn't too bad. Legacy flooring got the installation completed on the agreed upon contract date and it was done professionally. Satisfied Customer!
