She is a rare find as a realtor with an extensive background in several areas that make her invaluable in the home buying and/or selling process. We were in way over our heads purchasing a fixer upper, but she supported our vision and helped us navigate every challenge that came our way, even if it meant walking through spider infested crawl spaces. She is a wealth of knowledge and provides excellent and honest recommendations. She also has several contacts in just about every field but never once pressured us into using them.

We also used Monica to sell our home, and she made that completely seamless as well. We’ve bought and sold with others realtors before, but we never knew what we were missing out on until now. If we ever move again, we will ONLY use Monica.
